Eureka: because without actually aggressing anyone face to face as that is a real human thing that is a tad tricky...the rescuer has virtue signalling power over the previous 'human'.. within the small circles s/he needs to maintain power through pernicious pernickertiness..that has taken over as the currency...FROM around 2008 or 9 ....bingo.
