All i know is that every being in every 'moment' must be curated ( aww bless em... they've forgotten that recent buzzword, maybe they figured they have nothing, even any half decent art, excepting The Trtist-artistes, to curate....) so as to preponder the economical usage of every movement, and resource, especially every movemwnt of the foot upon the peddle.
( and 'mindfulness' is merely getting out of your motor ...for some months, such that you only use 50 quid of diesel all summer... and the better mode of being clicks back in... not silly ' silver lining' merely a far better mode of being,
found long ago by dint of necessity....
but i didn't think i would return to it, until i did.
And the actually super serious therapeutical tip: once you have, then it is far more routinely automatic to curate every micropenny, and micro joule of wasted energy, when returning to ' normal' ... ooohh i don't like that word... not to show off but because it isn't ...in the greater scheme of things - "human" in fullertime perspective; and it hurts...
