But in fact all that matters, is merely that over 50, several months of most days after day, one must move..a fair bit.. 50km aweek .. up hill, down dale... no equipment required, in fact equipment just gets in the way.... she saw how my lack of any ... works.
And then, living in the 'moment'...
Apart from other things - stuck in a'desert' for years, no one even knows you are there so as to throw stones at you..
being nothing, with nothing...

And remberthinking after some weeks of enforced walking ...
