Thing is, living mainly in very rural aside places, 30 years ago getting my bed away from their cities and 27 years ago not even going to them for work any more.... And thus only from years of a lot of DEPENDING on my body for manual and other worl...
si so so much a life of movement.... plus way aside in the hills, much solitude ..( when not child raising) . ypu really do get to know your body.... one has the time ans 'soace' to be aware if every ( pptentially disabling) twinge or abnormal gut movement ( i only poo at 5 past wakeuptime every single day of the last 27 years) ... i know my body perfectly....
not that i care but every pimple, svrath, or sometimes ache....
Thing is.... I know it is all UNknowable....
The magical elements, must be really quite psychosicial.... but dont ever believe anyonw who lays out what " change" you need, on any menu.....
All of mine ( except splurging as of a year agoish, all ' shame' or pain, re one beloved lost kid) ... all my ' changes' are in fact to all others, and society and even law, 'negative' .... by any common person ( in this bourgeois construct) would know 100% for sure.... negative ' bad'...
... ups and downs grom 2010.... into bewpase after a few years of peace, even if brexit broke my heart.... evil witch Rachman landlord 2019ish , blesser.... and on....
