my dentist was in said dump town of fakes 4 years ago...mid treatmen i had the two faced treatment...during a course of reament - my ulra smiley dentist i had for years...sopped...he knew he was stopping but didnt tell his fave patient ...his words...
actual 'community' can organise - hard work, but at least try to...part crowdfund, part subscription....
hire in a cheap 2 days a week dentist... get a charity rate..get charities included!
find a solution. a mongrel of community with some outside funding model...can be done! Nett result patient maybe pays £50/ hr.... the equivalent of what they must now pay to ravel to heir nearest NHS... hens tooth if lucky..
